摘要
研制了H400教学型加工中心。该加工中心具有较强的教学培训功能,并具有一定的切削加工能力。整体布局采用开放式动柱T型结构,托盘式工作台交换系统,机床结构先进。控制系统选用基于IPC的模块式开放数控系统,系统界面友好,安全性强。经试用,各项指标满足设计要求。
The H400 NC machining center for education type has been developed. The machining center has superior function for education and machining. Open moving T-column structure is used in the whole layout together with tray-typed working table exchanging system and advanced machine tool. The controlling system is clustered opening NC system based on IPC. And it has good and secure layout. After test run, its index meets the design requirements.
