原发性输卵管癌15例临床分析

Primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube:Review of 15 cases

目的探讨原发性输卵管癌的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法将我院近10年收治的15例原发性输卵管癌临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术前诊断为输卵管癌2例,术前诊断率仅为13.3%。15例均接受手术及术后化疗。中位生存期:Ⅲ期19个月,Ⅳ期8个月。Ⅰ期2例已存活9年10个月及2年1个月,Ⅱ期2例已存活3年2个月及1年1个月。结论输卵管癌临床表现不典型,误诊率高,发现时大多已晚期。临床期别及术后残瘤大小是影响预后的主要因素,满意的肿瘤细胞减灭术及术后规范化疗是延长患者生存期的关键。

Objective To investigate the clinical feature, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis of the primary carcinoma in the fallopian tube. Methods Data of 15 patients who suffered from the primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube were analysised retrospectively. These patients were admitted in late 10 years. Results Two patients were diagnosed preoperatively. The preoperative diagnosis rate was 13.3 %. All the patients received operation and postoperative chemotherapy. The median life span of stage Ⅲ was 19 months, stage IV was 10 months. Two patients of stage Ⅰ had survived 9 years and 10 months and 2 years and 1 months. Conclusion Patients who suffered carcinoma of fallopian tube with untypical manifestation may be misdiagnosised. The most patients were in late stage when they were found. The residual size of the tumor after operation and the clinical staging were the main factors for the prognosis. The extermination of tumor and normalized treatment were the keys to prolong life span.
