摘要
通过3种典型工作介质的使用,研究了工作介质对电极丝损耗的影响规律,并提出了电极丝使用耐用度的概念,分析了工作介质洗涤性能改善对电极丝耐用度提高的原因,提出了机床电极丝导向、喷水冷却结构的改进方案。
In the paper, the research about wire wasting regularity affected by cooling liquid are given by using the typical cooling liquid, and a new concept that is durable characteristic of electrode wire is delivered. The reason that washing and infiltrating ability can improve durable characteristic of electrode wire is analyzed. Some innovation structure about the wire guided and water-cooling method is put forward.
