摘要
我国城镇住宅建设成绩骄人,但存在诸多方面的误区,主要表现在选址不当、日照间距不足、垂直交通不合理、进深设计过大、采光不足、盲目选用越层设计、居住区景观设计雷同缺少文化内涵、装修过度、室内通风不畅、节能设计推广不力、欧式成风等,就此,文中进行了分析,提出了自己的见解。
The achievements made in the residence construction of our country are considerable and yet there are still many misunderstandings such as inappropriate selection of location, insufficiency of sunshine spacing, unreasonable vertical circulation, excessive depth design, inadequacy of daylighting, blind adoption of skip floor, similar residential landscape design lacking in cultural connotation, excessive decoration, bad indoor ventilation, deficiency of energy-saving design and pervasive pursuing of the Euro-style. The paper analyzes the above-mentioned problems and brings out the author＇s opinion on them.
