摘要
在拟建商业住宅小区的建设方案设计以及勘探、设计阶段时,需要房地产开发企业提供拟建项目的目的及具体要求等。文章通过建立数学模型,以利润最大化为目标,对拟建项目的各种产品(房型)组合进行决策分析和评估,并结合工程实例进行分析、比较,达到定量化解决房型的优化组合问题。
In the scheme design and during the survey and design stage of a residence community, the goal and demands of the proposed project are required from the real estate development enterprises. By building mathematical model and taking the most profound profits as the goal, the paper makes decision analysis and assessment for the house structures of the proposed project, and combing with a project, makes analysis and comparison in order to quantitatively realize the optimization of the house struetures.
