摘要
为了加强高校建筑的修缮工程管理,保证工程质量,提高经济效益和社会效益,必须建立健全高校维修工程管理制度。文章结合武汉大学维修工程管理实践,对高校维修工程管理的相关问题进行探讨。
In order to tighten up the repairing management of the campus buildings and to ensure economic and social benefits, the management system of campus repairing works should be established and accompIished. Combing with the management practice of the maintenance work of Wuhan University, the paper approaches to the problems in the management of campus maintenance work.
