浅谈工程项目实施过程中的规范管理

近几年来,我国加强了工程建设项目的管理,出台了一系列规章制度,不断完善了相关法规,保证了基本建设健康发展。但不少工程项目管理工作不到位,严重影响投资目标的经济效益完全实现。文章从施工阶段项目管理的角度认真分析了现状及控制要点,提出了项目管理要向专业化发展。

In recent years, our country has tightened up the management to the building projects, promulgated a series of rules and regulations to progressively accomplish the relative codes and to make sure of the healthy development of fundamental constructions. But there still has insufficient management in some project items, which has serious influences on the accomplishment of the economic benefits of the invested projects. This paper analyzes the current situation of and the controlling essentials for the project management during the construction stage and puts forward that project management should go for specialized operation.
