吉林粮食物流产业化建设研究

To promote Jilin province's cereal logistics industry by using the experience of logistics development of other countries for reference

粮食是关系国计民生的重要战略性商品,粮食物流是否安全、高效、低耗,关系到粮食生产能否持续、快速、协调地发展。指出吉林粮食物流目前存在的诸多问题,并在借鉴国外先进粮食物流发展经验的基础上,提出发展吉林粮食物流产业的原则,探讨从政府、粮食生产、流通、仓储、物流主体、信息化建设及检测检验系统七个方面发展吉林粮食物流产业的途径。

Cereal is a strategic goods which is key to national economy and the people＇s livelihood. The safety, efficiency and low cost of cereal logistics is related to the fast-speed and continuous and harmonious development of cereal production. This paper points out many existed problems. This paper sets forth the basic rules to develop cereal logistics industry, and probes the approaches from the perspectives of government, cereal production, logistics, storage, subject, information development and testing system to develop Jilin province cereal logistics industry.
