论辽宁渔业的可持续发展

On the sustainable development of fishery in Liaoning

分析了辽宁省渔业资源和渔业生产的特点和近年的变化趋势及辽宁渔业面临的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了促进辽宁渔业可持续发展的建议:提高认识,增强危机感和责任感;改革管理体制,加强法制建设;调整传统渔业内部结构,促进水产品加工和工业休闲渔业的发展;促进科技创新和渔业现代化。

The paper analyzes the characteristics of fishery resources and fishery production in Liaoning as well as the recent year＇s changing trend and the main problems facing Liaoning fishery. The paper, therefore, raises the suggestions of promoting the sustainable development of fishery in Liaoning： enhancing the sense of crisis and responsibility, reforming the administrative institution and strengthening the legal system, adjusting the inner structure of traditional fishery and promoting the development of sea-food production and leisure fishery, as well as facilitating technological innovation and the modernization of fishery.
