摘要
目前,我国财政职能“缺位”和“越位”的问题比较突出,必须从政府投资、社会保障、收入分配等方面的改革入手,尽快完善社会主义市场经济条件下的财政职能。
At present, default problem and oversteping power in our fmancial functioning are veryconspicuous. It is necessary to perfect our financial functions under Socialist economic market as soon as possible, which is a reform on the fields of government investmere, social security and income assignment.
