Without definite legislative provisions, the application of psychology test technique presents a state of confusion. It is important to confirm the necessity and feasibility of the psychology test, the significance of scientific training of the testing personnel, and limited applicability of psychology test. Conditions and procedure of the psychology test should be regulated, and the result＇s weight of evidence and its limitative admissibility as evidence should be prescribed as well.
