摘要
该文认为国有林场文化是森林文化和组织文化在国有林场中的综合体现,是国有林场在森林生态系统经营管理等活动中所形成的全体职工共同持有的国有林场知识、精神、制度与产出的总和,对国有林场的建设与经营发挥着导向、规范与凝聚作用。建设国有林场文化就是要提高国有林场适应社会环境变化的能力,提高国有林场经营绩效,实现国有林场健康、稳定、持续的发展。文章建议从明确国有林场价值观,积极学习、吸收和利用优秀文化成果,重视和发挥非正式组织的积极作用等几方面推进国有林场文化建设。
This paper brings forward that state-owned forest farm culture is the forest culture and organizational culture. It is the summation of state-owned forest system and output, which is owned by the whole employees and formed in a management by state-owned forest farms. It shows an oriented, normative and united management of state-owned forest farms. The aim of establishing state-owned forest synthetical embodiment of farm' s knowledge, spirit, series of forest ecosystem effect on establishment and farm culture is to improve ihe accommodating abilities of state-owned forest farms to the changing condition of the society and the managing benefit of state-owned forest farms, to ensure the stable and sustainable development of state-owned forest farms. In order to improve the culture establishing of state-owned forest farms, it is suggested to take the following aspects into considering:making the state-owned forest values clearly, learning, absorbing and making use of the excellent culture production actively, paying more attention and utilizing the positive effects of informal group.
