人造景观通常投资巨大,建设和经营的风险很大,如何进行科学决策是值得深入探讨的问题。该文根据决策理论,对我国人造景观决策失误的问题及原因进行深入剖析,并针对这些原因,从决策程序、决策环境、决策目标、决策约束、决策创新、决策层次和决策领域等方面提出建议。

The investment of artificial landscape is usually huge. There is a high degree of risk in building and management of artificial landscape. It is a problem worthy of deep researches that how to make a scientific decision. In the light of the decision making theory, the paper analyzes the problems and causes of decision making mistakes made on artificial landscapes in China. In accordance with these causes, some suggestions are put forward in the aspects of procedure, environment, objective, restriction, innovation, levels and fields of decision making and so on.
