Financing Risks and Countermeasures of Commercial Forest Projects

目前中国商品林市场融资困难,渠道匮乏。该文结合项目融资特点和商品林基本特征,提出项目融资是解决商品林融资问题的有效渠道。由于商品林生产经营的特殊性,运用项目融资方式进行商品林项目筹融资时,不仅需要承担项目融资方式的一般风险,而且需要面对该类项目的特有风险。文章讨论了商品林通过项目融资方式进行市场融资的可能性,进而对该类项目融资的风险进行了详细分析并提出相应的解决对策。

Financing is difficuh in the commercial forest market in China. According to the features of the project financing and the characteristics of commercial forest, this paper holds that project financing is an available solution to the financing of commercial forest. Because of the specific characteristics of production and management of commercial forest, usual and unusual risks should be took into account when project financing is be used. The paper discusses the feasibility of project financing, analyses the financing risks and puts forward some countermeasures.
