摘要
作者用9只家兔,取出肺脏,于体外用自体稀释抗凝血液进行灌流,采用负压通气方法,在控制灌流液流量率(133.33ml/min)恒定的条件下,在70min的灌流期内,灌流压力略有上升,但均不超过227kPa,肺重量略下降。模型稳定后10min测定灌流液pH值为7.58±0.13,Po_2:36.57±9.43kPA,Pco_2:233±0.45kPa;灌流血液血球压积开始为24.13%±3.12%,结束为24.12%±3.04%,无明显改变(P>0.05);肺湿/干重比值(对照组为4.74±0.16;离体肺值为4.75±0.12,P>0.05);肺水含量与正常在体肺的相应值比较无显著性差别。灌流70min内肺的外观形态大体现正常。上述结果表明,本实验所建立的模型在灌流期间内是稳定的,可信的。
Nine lungs were removed from rabbits and perfused with diluted autologous blood The alternating negative pressure of the artificial thorax ventilated the lungs rhythmically. The pcrfusion blood How was kept at constant speed ( 133.33 ml/min). During 70 min perfusion. the pulmonary artery pressure was increased slightly (but not exceeding 2.27 kPa), and the weight of the lung ( A wt) was somewhat decreased. Ten minutes after stabilization of the preparation, the pH and gases tension of the perfusate were delected. pH. 7.58 ±0.13; Po2 : 36.57±9.43 kPa; Pco2: 2.33 ± 0.45 kPa. The hematocrit of perfusate did not change singificantly (24.13 ±3.12% at the beginning and 24.12 ± 3.04% at the end of experiment P> 0.05) . The parameters of lung water of isolated perfused rabbit lung (IPL) had no significant change (eg. ratios of wet lung weight to dry weight of controls: 4.74±0.16, and IPL:4.75±0.12 P>0.05). During perfusion, the appearance of lungs were good and lung tissue was normal microscopically. The above parameters show that our model is stable and reliable.
