整体护理观在预防化疗所致口腔黏膜炎护理中的应用

Effect of holistic nursing practice on prevention of stomatitis induced by chemotherapy

目的观察用整体护理观指导预防氟脲嘧啶类为主抗癌药物化疗所致口腔黏膜炎的效果。方法将448例恶性肿瘤病人随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组在化疗期间用口腔护理液对病人进行口腔护理,并对病人行健康宣教。实验组在对照组的基础上,将整体护理观应用于病人的口腔护理中。结果实验组在口腔黏膜炎发生率、口腔黏膜炎持续时间等方面明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论用整体护理观指导病人的口腔护理有明显效果,可以提高护理的内在质量。

Objective To explore the effect of oral nursing care under the guidance of holistic viewpoint on prevention of stomatitis induced by chemotherapy with fluorouracil. Methods 448 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the control group accepted conventional oral nursing care and health education during chemotherapy. Patients in the experimental group received oral nursing care and health education under the guidance of holistic nursing care viewpoint. Results There was significant difference with regard to the incidence and duration of stomatitis between the tow groups （P〈0.01）. The experimental.group was better than the control group. Conclusion Noticeable effect can be obtained through oral nursing care under the guidance of holistic nursing care viewpoint, and the nursing quality can be improved.
