摘要
本文针对目前我国东西部经济增长出现的非均衡发展与地区间的经济差距呈现扩大趋势。从经济增长中制度因素的角度出发展开分析,比较东西部地区非国有化水平、开放度和市场化程度等关键指标对经济增长的贡献方面的差异。本文的结论:制度的差异是东西部地区间经济增长差异的主要因素之一。文章通过实证研究验证了上述的观点,认为通过制度创新缩小东西部制度安排上的差异是弥合东西部发展不均衡的重要举措。
There is still a wide gap between main economic indicators in China＇s Eastern and Western areas. Based on this, the article makes a comparative analysis of the system factors of economic growth, including MRL, ORL, and NSOW. The conclusion is that system factors are a driving force of economic growth. These ideas also are tested by empirical studies. Finally, the authors put forward some suggestions to narrow the gap between the two regions.
