摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌患者血液流变学各项指标的变化及其临床意义。方法测定48例乳腺癌患者手术前后血液流变学各项指标并与22例同期健康体检者进行比较。结果与正常对照组比较,乳腺癌患者纤维蛋白原(Fbg)含量、低切黏度及红细胞聚集指数显著升高(P<0.05),红细胞压积(Hct)、红细胞变形指数无显著性变化;手术后各项血液流变学指标有不同程度的恢复,但仍未恢复至正常对照组水平。结论乳腺癌患者手术可显著缓解肿瘤导致的血液高粘滞高凝固状态。 Objective To investigate the changes of hemorheology in patiems with breast cancer and its clinical significance.Method The hemorheology in 48 patients with breast cancer and 22 persons without disease were measured, and the results of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the fibrinogen (Fbg),viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index increased significantly(P〈0.05).But there was no significant difference in hematocrit(Hct) and erythrocyte fluidity index.Every parameter of hemorheology in patients with breast cancer recovered with different level after operation,but haven't recovered to the control level.Conclusions The operation of patients with breast cancer can attenuate the hyperviscosity and hypercoaguation reduced by the cancer.
