95例妊娠合并贫血血清铁、叶酸的临床分析

Serum Iron and Folic Acid with Anaemia in Pregnancy:Clinical Analysis of 95 Cases

目的探讨妊娠期贫血血清铁、叶酸值的关系及对血总雌三醇、胎膜早破发生的影响。方法常州市妇幼保健院2004年3月～2005年9月间分娩的95例妊娠合并贫血孕妇及158例正常孕妇临床资料血清铁、叶酸、血总雌三醇值的测定。结果(1)正常孕妇及妊娠合并贫血孕妇均存在血清铁降低,而叶酸值在正常范围内。(2)轻度妊娠合并贫血对血总雌三醇值影响不大。(3)妊娠合并贫血胎膜早破发生率高。结论孕期均需补充铁剂,贫血者加服叶酸片,孕期纠正贫血可改善妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the relationship of the serum iron and folio acid on the patients with anaemia during pregnancy,the effects which anaemia brings about on the total E3 and the occurrence of the premature rupture of membranes.Methods 95 patients with anaemia during pregnancy which deliveried in periol of 2004. 3-2005.9 in Changzhou City Mother and Child Health Care Hospital,compared with 158 normal pregnant women, were separately determinated the serum iron, folacin and total E3 according to their clinical information.Results （1） The reducing of serum iron existed not only in the pregnant women with anaemia during pregnancy,but also the normal pregnant women.However,the folacin values were within the normal range.（2）The mild anemia during pregnancy has a feeble effect on the total E3.（3）The anemia during pregnancy has a high incidence of the premature rupture of membranes. Conclusions It is essential to add an augment of iron pharmaceutical during the gestation. It is required that the pregnant women with anemia should take some folacin pills at the meanwhile.Remedy of the anemia during the gestation can imorove the final results on prognosis of the gravidity.
