空腹吸烟对人体甲襞微循环的影响

The Effect of Smoking with Empty Stomach on Nail-fold Microcirculation

目的研究空腹吸烟对人体甲襞微循环的影响。方法选择健康自愿者20名,上午空腹连续吸烟两支,吸烟前、吸烟后30min,60min,90min,120min,150min分别检验受试者甲襞微循环的管袢形态指标,血液流态指标及袢周状态指标。结果吸烟后30min人体甲襞微循环管袢中红细胞聚集加重,血流速度明显减慢。吸烟后90min人体甲襞微循环管袢中红细胞聚集程度减轻,血流速度有所恢复。吸烟后120min人体甲襞微循环管袢中红细胞聚集、血流速度基本恢复到吸烟前状态。结论吸烟对人体有害,对人体微循环有明显的影响,减少吸烟或戒烟,有利于预防心血管及血栓性疾病的发生。

Objective To study the effect of smoking with empty stomach on nail-fold microcirculation.Methods Twenty volunteers were asked to smoke two cigarettes constantly in the morning, The indexes of the loop configuration,the velocity blood flow and the configuration around loops were tested before smoking and every thirty minutes after smoking for five times.Result 30 minutes after smoking,the aggregation of red blood cell increased in the nail-fold＇s loops and the blood flow slowed down obviously.90 minutes after smoking,aggregetion of red blood cell decreased and the blood flow recovered to the levels of pre-smoking.Conclusion Smoking will do harm to our body,including disturbing the microcirculation obviously.Keeping smoking in control or giving up smoking will be good for preventing cardiao-cerebral vascular disease and thrombosis disease.
