摘要
目的采用动物和寄生虫试验信息进行新型无纺布的生物学评价和防霉、防蛀的效果评价。方法依据行业标准FZ/T2004-91和DA/T26-2000进行防霉药效和防蛀检测。依据ISO10993-10方法通过家兔皮肤刺激试验和豚鼠致敏试验进行生物学评价。结果试验样品原发刺激指数为0.0,在整个试验期,临床观察正常,未观察到致敏的证据,试样织物失重保护率为99.18%,织物受损害程度均为0,7d内未见霉斑。结论试验样品无皮肤刺激作用,无迟发性致敏作用,防霉防蛀药效合格。
Objective To evaluate the biology and mould proofing and vermins-proof effectiveness of new cloth with mould control and vermins-proof using animal experiment.Method Rabbit skin stimulus test and Guinea pig sensitization test are used to evaluate the biological effect according to vocation standard of FZ/T 2004-91 and DA/T26-2000.Result The primarily sensitization index number of test specimen is 0.0. During the whole test period,clinical observation is normal and sensitized evidence isn't observed.Fabric preserve rate of sample loss in weight is 99.18% and fabric damaged degrees are all 0.Mildew stain is not seen within 7 days.Conclusion Sample has no skin stimulus function,tardive sensitization and is up to standard of mould proofing and vermins-proof effectiveness.
