通过对近十年来我国信息用户研究发文的统计分析,信息用户的研究热点主要集中于网络环境下信息用户的需求、教育、行为以及心理和满意度等方面。参考文献10。
Through the statistical analysis about the papers on the research on information users in the last ten years in our country, this paper points out that the research hotspot on information users mainly centers on the information users demand under network environment, education, behavior, psychology, degree of satisfaction and so on. 10 refs.
