Game Theory Analysis of Project Delivery Approach

设计施工联合体为主体的工程总承包模式在我国的开展取得了初步成效,从中也得到了许多启示。从合作博弈的角度,探讨了设计施工联合体内部博弈关系,运用“委托-代理”思想,引入“共同产出”、“保留收益值”、“分配系数”和“惩罚额”概念,建立了合作博弈模型,提出了签订具有约束力的合同、建立有效的激励约束机制、完善信息系统以及建立联盟管理机构等措施来促进联合体双方的有效合作,保证工程建设项目目标的实现。

Implement of project delivery approach taking design-construction union as main contracting party, obtained initial achievements and a number of enlightenments as well. This paper explores the game relationship inside design-construction union from cooperative game angler using ＂principle-agents＂ thought and with an introduction of concepts ＂common outcome＂, ＂retained profit＂~ ＂allocating coefficient＂ and ＂monetary punishment＂, develops a cooperative game model, proposes that, in order to improve effective cooperation between two sides of design-construction union~ to ensure objective realization of the construction project,design-construction union should build an effective incentive-constraint mechanism via binding contract, improve information systems and set up an union management organization.
