针对工程量清单计价法实施以来造价管理过程中出现的情况和问题,简要阐述了现阶段工程施工招标在编制工程预算造价、拟订合同价款确定与调整方法、评审投标报价三个重要环节进行造价控制应掌握的要点与方法。

This article focuses on the problems that occur in the course of the cost control after the implementation of project detail cost evaluation. It briefly elaborates the emphases and methods of the cost control on the three key points, which the project construction bid should pay attention to at the present stage. The three key points are as follows： making project budget, drafting the methods of adjustment to the cost of contract and bidding quotation reviewing.
