摘要
针对目前开放存取期刊科学质量评价方法不统一这一现实问题,分析同行评议法、引文分析法、网络计量学方法用于开放存取期刊质量评价的优势与不足,结合开放存取期刊的双重属性,提出开放存取期刊质量综合评价方法,并具体分析层次分析法和主成分分析法在评价开放存取期刊质量中优缺点。
So far, there is no uniformed scientific method applied to the quality evaluation of open access journals. Based on the brief introduction to the importance and necessity of the research on the quality evaluation methods of open access journals, the advantages and disadvantages of peer reviewing, citation analyzing and webometrics are thoroughly analyzed. With concerns to the dual attribute of open access journals, some comprehensive evaluation methods of open access journals＇ quality are proposed in this paper, meanwhile, the characteristics of AHP as well as those of PCA are also expatiated.
