摘要
简述数字图书馆的数字权限管理所涉及的法律及技术内容,指出数字图书馆数字权限管理未来发展应注意的问题。同时,提出使用友好性、可依赖性、安全性、系统的可扩展性、实施性、系统的开放性及互通性等7个方面的系统价值评估指标。
As far as the legal and technical aspects of digital rights management in digital libraries are concerned, this paper discusses the issues to be noticed in its future development from different angles in the assessment of the digital rights management system. Moreover, indicators of system value assessment are discussed from seven aspects, which include user-friendliness, reliability, security, extensibility, implementability, openness, and interoperability of the digital rights management system.
