对弱势群体提供知识援助的几点思考

Views on Knowledge Aid to Disadvantaged Groups

论述我国弱势群体的概念、类型及其知识贫困的现状和原因,提出知识援助是改变弱势群体知识贫困的必然途径。通过分析我国图书馆的性质、分布状况及服务特点,认为图书馆是提供知识援助的主要阵地,并从制定相应的法律法规、成立相应的协调组织、加强对弱势群体人员的调查研究、开放馆藏以吸引读者、构建适合全体公民的知识援助服务模式、开展形式多样的个性化服务几个方面提出图书馆为弱势群体提供知识援助的措施。

This paper introduces the concept and categories of disadvantaged groups in China, and then it analyzes the status-quo and reasons of knowledge poverty. It also points out that the knowledge aid is an effective way to improve the current situation of disadvantaged groups. It is also considered in the paper that the library is the main institution to provide knowledge aid. Finally, the author further presents some efficient measures to offer the knowledge aid to the disadvantaged groups.
