香辛料和藤蔓水果干中赭曲霉毒素A的测定

Determination on ochratoxin A for spices and dried vine fruits

针对香辛料和藤蔓水果干中可能污染的赭曲霉毒素A,采用免疫亲和柱层析净化手段,建立了快速筛选检测方法（荧光光度法）和快速确证方法（高效液相色谱法）.试样用碳酸氢钠溶液高速均质提取,经过滤、稀释后的滤液通过含有赭曲霉毒素A特异抗体的免疫亲和柱层析净化,淋洗除杂、最后用甲醇洗脱,洗脱液分别供荧光光度计或带有荧光检测器的高效液相色谱仪测定.本方法在1～50μg/kg范围内的添加回收率为65.1%～110.0%,符合SN/T 0005-1996的规定,可以满足快速、准确检测的需要.

Rapid screen determination method （fluorometry method） and rapid quantitation method （high performance liquid chromatography of ochratoxin A with immunoaffinity column cleanup） for spices and dried vine fruits have been developed. The nofe of recovery of the method was within the scope of 60.3% -118.9% ,which conformed to the stipulation of SN/T 0005-1996 and met the demand of rapid and accurate inspection.
