以IBM公司开放500项软件专利事件为线索,结合该公司近年来陆续推出的一系列相关行动,总结出IBM公司新一轮的专利战略。IBM新战略的灵魂在于,将更多的精力投入到产业链的顶端,将核心业务的目标指向IT基础架构和标准层面。
Through tracing every action related to open patent,this article summarized the new patent strategies of International Business Machine. The soul of the new strategies was put more resources into the top of the industry chain,and made the target of the key business towards the IT base architecture and standard.
