京津冀科技资源的配置特点及对策研究

The Allocation Character of science and technology resource in Economic Areas of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and its Strategic Policy Study

从科技资源的配置情况入手,对京津冀地区科技资源的存量、科技资源的产出以及科技产出的绩效等方面进行了比较分析,并从静态和动态两个角度,力图清晰地揭示京津冀地区科技资源配置分化与极化的特点,在此基础上提出改善该区域科技资源配置的对策建议。

This paper starts with the allocation of science and technology resource, makes regional and interregional compare focusing on the stocks, the production and the performance of science and technology resource. In this article, we analyze statically and dynamically and strive to reveal the differentiation and polarization characters of science and technology resource allocation in Economic Areas of Beijing, Tianjin and Hehei. Basing on the analysis we advance strategic suggestions about ameliorating regional science and technology allocation.
