摘要
开发了一种新型结构的急冷混合器,对其压降及混合性能进行了试验研究,得到了气体流量与压降的关联式,并在5种气体流量条件下,测得示踪剂浓度的平均相对偏差为0.5%~1.5%。建立了冷热两种物流混合过程的数学模型,找到了混合物流中冷介质的摩尔分数与热物流温降的函数关系。新型急冷混合器在某汽油改质反应器的工业应用结果表明,当急冷混合器置于两催化剂床层之间时,在不同的测试工况下,下部床层顶部的最大径向温差均小于1℃,说明新型急冷混合器具有较好的混合效果。
A new type of quench mixer was developed, and its pressure drop and mixing performance were tested on a pilot scale unit. The correlation between pressure drop of the quench mixer and the gas flow rate was obtained,and the average relative error of tracer concentration was in the range of 0.5 %- 1. 5 % under five gas flow rates. Cold and hot effluents mixing model was set up, which expressed the function related to cold effluent concentration in mixed effluent and temperature drop of hot effluent. The new quench mixer was applied in a straight-run gasoline upgrading unit firstly. When it was placed between two catalyst beds in the reactor, the maximum radial temperature difference at the top part of the second catalyst bed was less than 1 ℃ under various testing conditions,which indicated that the quench mixer developed possessed good mixing performance.
