摘要中国商业银行机构规模、人员规模与其效率之间关系的Granger因果检验表明,通过扩大规模无法取得商业银行效率的提升。其背后的原因在于随着规模扩大,银行内部竞争将会加剧,从而阻碍了效率的提升。要达到规模与效率正向促进的目的,必须妥善解决好我国商业银行在内部竞争方面存在的问题。 Granger causality test on organizational scale, personnel scale and efficiency of Chinese commercial banks shows that scale increase can＇t lead to efficiency because of the increase of internal competition. Therefore, in order to get efficiency while increase scale, we have to settle the internal competition.
