摘要
应用计算机辅助设计对压力容器进行虚拟设计是一种有效的方法。通过虚拟设计,可以预测压力容器的高应力区,降低设计成本。本文在理论分析基础上,应用有限元分析方法,对食品压力容器进行虚拟设计,校核结构强度,验证设计的科学性、合理性,提出对危险部位的改进措施,优化结构设计。
Stimulant design by using CAE is an effective method for cooking pressure vessel design, throught the stimulant design, high-stress zone can be forecasted and the design cost can be saved. The paper simulated an cooking pressure vessel by using the finite element analysis(FEA) method based on theoretic analysis, verified the structural intensity, validated its scientificity and rationality design method, and put forward the mending measure of dangerous zone, and optimized the structural design.
