摘要
结合井下皮带机运输系统的具体情况和要求,研制开发了矿用井下皮带运输机智能控制系统。该系统对前级和本级皮带机的负载电流信号进行分别测量,可编程序控制器将采集到的负载电流信号进行比较和运算处理,输出控制信号给变频器,预置速度基准,从而控制电动机加速或减速,实现皮带机自动调速智能控制,使皮带机总是以最佳速度运行。
An intelligent control system of underground belt conveyer is developed on the specific condition in mine. In the system, load current signal of controlled belt conveyer and the one of the former belt conveyer are measured separately, and they are compared, dealt with in PLC. The control signal is transmitted from PLC to converter presetting the speed, and the drive motor is controlled to accelerate or decelerate according to the signal. The system realizes automated speed regulating of belt conveyer, thus, the belt conveyer can work in the optimal speed all the time.
