电网的大范围互联对电力系统稳定性提出了更高要求,本文对此提出了一种既能提供元件保护又能确保系统稳定的广域线路后备保护方案;详细讨论了该方案中的实时通信,包括通信硬件环境、通信规约和通信过程。该方案已通过静模试验,各项指标达到运行要求,即将投入现场试运行。
With power grid interconnecting large-scale, a higher demand to the stability of the power system is presented. The wide area transmission line backup protection is proposed as an integrated approach to both component and system protection. Real-time communication in this protection is discussed in detail, including its hardware design, communication protocol and communication procedure. This equipment works well in static simulation tests where it reaches the anticipative goal, and is about to be applied in power networks.
