骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的影像学表现与病理对照分析

Correlative study between imaging findings and pathologic changes of eosinophilic granuloma of bone

目的研究骨嗜酸性肉芽肿(EGB)影像学表现与生物学行为相关性,提高对EGB的认识。方法回顾分析31例EGB的影像表现及病理特征。结果影像表现:早期病灶5例(16.1%),中期病灶23例(74.2%),晚期病灶3例(9.7%),病理所见:早期病灶3例(9.7%),中期病灶26例(83.9%),晚期病灶2例(6.4%)。结论EGB影像学表现与病理过程有较一致的相对应关系,只是早期病理改变略早于X线表现,EGB影像学分期有利于指导临床治疗。

Objective To study the correlation between imaging findings and biologic behavior of eosinophilic granuloma of bone （EGB） so as to improve the cognition of this disease. Methods The imaging findings and pathologic characteristics of 31 patients with EGB were analyzed retrospectively. Results On images of CT and MR, early lesions were found in 5 cases（16. 1% ）, middle - term lessions in 23 （74. 2 % ）, and late lesions in 3（9.7 % ）, while corresponding pathology demonstrated that, early lesions were found in 3（9.7 % ）, middle - term lesions in 26（83.9 % ）and late lesions in 2（6.4 % ）. Conclusion In general, corresponding relation between imaging findings and pathologic course of EGB is good although early pathologic changes are slightly previous to imaging tidings. Imaging staging of EGB is helpful to guide the clinical treatment.
