早期分化的神经干细胞移植治疗大鼠脑梗死的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究早期分化的神经干细胞移植治疗脑梗死的可能性。方法从Wistar新生大鼠的大脑分离培养神经干细胞,取传代的神经干细胞诱导分化并经BrdU(5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶)标记后移植到脑梗死对侧的侧脑室,移植后对大鼠的功能恢复进行评价,用免疫组织化学方法鉴定移植的细胞在脑内的迁移和分化情况。结果将早期分化的神经干细胞移植到鼠脑后2周在梗死灶对侧可发现移植的细胞,4周时移植的细胞在梗死灶内分化为神经细胞,大鼠的学习功能和神经功能恢复较对照组均有明显改善。结论早期分化的神经干细胞移植到大鼠脑内仍能存活,并能有效穿过脑脊液———脑屏障迁移到脑梗死的部位;且分化为神经细胞。
