南方医院精神药物使用调查和处方分析

A survey on utilization of psychotropic drugs and analysis on the prescription in Nanfang Hospital

调查在南方医院神经内科门诊进行,为期4个月。采用“限定日剂量(DDD)”作为药物使用研究的测量单位,显示医院精神药物的消耗趋势;采用“药物使用指数(DUI)”作为对精神药物处方进行分析的指标。DUI<1表示平均每位病人应用药物日剂量小于DDD。调查同时包括病人性别、年龄、用药期限等资料。结果表明南方医院对精神药物的使用基本合理。

A pilot study was undertaken to survey the utilization of psychotropic drugs in a period of four months in Out-patient Department of Neurology, Nanfang Hospital. The defined daily dose ( DDD ) was used as an unified dose-unit to evaluate drug consumption of the hospital. The drug utilization index ( DUI ) was calculated and used as the index for prescription analysis. The value of DUI < 1 indicate that the daily dose given to each patient was less than DDD. The data surveyed also include the patients' sex, age, duration of drug utilization, and variety and amount of psychotropic drug prescribed. The results show that the doctors of Nanfang Hospital have had a rational application of psycho-tropic drugs.
