摘要
目的:探讨细胞DNA倍体分析方法在筛查宫颈癌及CIN中的作用及临床意义。方法:对参与普查的15643名妇女采用宫颈刷取材,液基薄层制片,DNA染色,应用全自动DNA倍体分析系统扫描诊断,对516例(3.3%)可见异倍体细胞或异倍体峰妇女行阴道镜检查,并取活检,经病理检查确诊。结果:检出425例(82.4%)CIN和宫颈癌,检出率为2.7%(425/15643);CIN及宫颈癌可发生于任何糜烂程度甚至光滑的宫颈;异倍体数目越多,病变程度越高。结论:采用DNA倍体分析方法筛查宫颈癌能显著提高阳性检出率。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of cervical dysplasia and carcinoma screening by DNA image cytometry. Methods： Each of 15,643 cervical samples was made into two slides by liquid, based sampling preparation. Results： 516 abnormal cases （ 3.3% ）,425 squamous intraepithelial lesion cases were found out by conventional cytology examination. CIN and cervical dysplasia may occur among childbearing aged women. The more Aneuploid cells were, the more serious illness happened. Conculsion： DNA image cytometry is better for screening cervical dysplasia and carcinoma, and it is worth being generalized.
