摘要
目的 探讨子宫探针和扩宫条在输卵管介入术中的应用价值.方法 患者50例,年龄23～35岁（平均30.3岁）.介入术中因子宫倾曲等原因而致选择性导管难以定位于目标输卵管时,即将子宫探针或扩宫条在电透监视下,插至宫底部进行反复轻柔的牵拉矫位.结果 经矫位后,全部病例均成功地完成选择性输卵管插管.结论 选择性插管是输卵管阻塞再通成功的必要条件.子宫探针和扩宫条能较好地消除妨碍选择性输卵管插管的不利因素,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the application value of uterine probe and expanding-uterus stick for infertility caused by tubal obstructions. Methods Fifty patients were involved in the study, aged from 23 to 35 years （mean age 30. 3 years）. If the selected catheter was hard to insert to the targeted fallopian tube because of twisty uterus or other reasons, uterine probe or expanding-uterus stick should be used fluoroscopically in order to rectify the position of the uterus. Results After rectifying process, selected catheter was placed into the interstitial portion of the fallopian tube successfully in all cases. Conclusion Selected insertion of the catheter is the necessary condition in FTR. The uterine probe and expanding-uterus stick can clear the disadvantages that interfere selected insertion of the catheter. This technique is worth spreading.
