摘要
输卵管阻塞的动物实验主要研究动物模型的造模方法。在物理方法中,射频电凝法较安全有效,具有较广阔的研究应用前景。在化学方法中,对水凝胶的研究开展较为广泛,同时还合成了多种较为安全有效的多聚物。在生物方法中,常用衣原体感染造模。除研究造模方法外,还开展了一系列评价治疗效果、安全性的研究。在讨论研究结果意义时需结合人类自身特点,根据实验需要和设备条件选择、调整实验方法,在输卵管功能评价方面,有待发掘更多指标。
How to establish the proper model is the chief issue of animal experimental study on tubal occlusion. Radiofrequency electrocogulation, which is safe and effective, has fairly broad researching and applicative foreground among physical methods. Researches on hydrogel are carrying out actively in chemical methods while various of multipolymers with safty and effectivity have been synthesized. In biological methods, chlamydia is usually adopted. Moreover, a series of researches on therapeutic safty and validity have been developed. Not only to take human characteristic into account when considering the value of the result, but also should us to select and adjust experimental technique according to experimental requires and equipment conditions. Besides, more indexes are to be unearthed on tubal functional evalueation.
