摘要
患者男，54岁，因发现便血9d门诊以结肠息肉入院。患者入院前9d大便颜色略发红、发黑，为成形软便，次日出现鲜红色便，与大便相混，量约100g，不伴有腹痛、头晕、心悸。粪常规：红细胞8-10/HP，粪隐血：强阳性。钡灌肠：结肠多发息肉，多发小憩室。3d前大便转黄。既往高脂血症7年，无溃疡性结肠炎及克罗恩病史，无慢性腹泻病史。
