摘要 采用一种新颖的水热电沉积方法直接在石墨表面制备了硅酸钇涂层,利用XRD,EDS和SEM等测试手段对涂层进行测试分析,重点研究了电沉积前驱溶液pH值对涂层显微结构的影响。结果表明:当前驱液的pH值为1.5~3.0及水热温度为150℃时,即可制备出硅酸钇涂层。随前驱液pH值增加,涂层开裂趋势减弱,结晶趋势增强,致密度有所提高。 Yttrium silicates coatings were prepared with a novel hydrothermal electrodepostion method on the graphite surface directly. The phases and microstructures of the coatings were characterized by XRD, EDS and SEM analyses. The influence of pH value of the precursor solution on the phase and microstructure was investigated primarily. It showed that the yttrium silicates coatings could be obtained with the pH value in the scope of 1.5 -3.0 at 150℃. With the increase of pH value, micro-cracks and micro-pores of the coatings decrease; and the crystallinity and density of the coatings have been improved correspondingly.
