In his paper,the and measures on energy saving in the city planning and the architectural design will be introduced.The compensation principle in the planning is proposed.The compact city layout ,the green environmental protection communications and the optimized strategy of the energy in the building will be promoted.Through analysis of the current situation in China ,the foreign experience for reference will be discussed.
