摘要
研究了不同的调质工艺参数对Ni9钢显微组织和-196℃下的冲击韧度的影响,并利用光镜、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对Ni9钢在不同热处理条件下的组织形态、分布及低温冲击断口形貌进行了观察分析。结果表明:淬火介质对其低温冲击韧度影响不大;而淬火温度对Ni9钢的低温冲击韧度在一定范围内影响显著;此外,回火温度对其低温冲击韧度的影响很大,说明Ni9钢的低温韧度对回火温度敏感。
The influence of conventional parameters on microstructure and low temperature impact toughness of Ni 9 steel at -196℃ was studied, and the distribution ,shape of microstructure and low temperature 'impact fracture surface of Ni9 steel were researched by means of metallographic microscope, TEM and SEM. The results show that the effects of different quenching mediums on low temperature impact toughness of Ni9 steel are relatively small, but the influence of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on that is virtually.
