摘要
采用自行研制的MAO-100kW型微弧氧化设备,对ZL108压铸铝合金在中性溶液(pH=6.5~8.0)中的微弧氧化处理工艺进行研究。探讨了中性溶液对该合金微弧氧化过程的影响;处理电压对该合金微弧氧化陶瓷层生长特性以及陶瓷层表面粗糙度的影响规律。结果表明:采用中性溶液能够在ZL108压铸铝合金表面制备出致密光滑、硬度高的微弧氧化陶瓷层;在一定范围内,中性溶液中柠檬酸钠的浓度越高,其表面产生微区等离子体放电的起始电压越低;陶瓷层的厚度和表面粗糙度随着电压值的上升而增加。
The process of micro-arc oxidation on ZL108 aluminum alloy for die-casting was studied by using self-designing MAO-100kW equipment in the neutral solution (pH=6.5-8.0).The effects of the neutral solution on the micro-arc oxidation process,the micro-arc oxidation voltage on growth characteristic as well as the surface roughness of the ceramic layers were discussed. The results indicate that smooth and high hardness micro-arc oxidation ceramic layers can be prepared on the surface of ZL108 aluminum alloy in the neutral solution. Within the certain scope, the higher the concentration of sodium citrate solution is, the lower the initial voltage of micro plasma discharge is. The thickness and surface roughness of ceramic layers increase with the voltage increasing.
