新生儿听力筛查研究进展 被引量:24

摘要 听力障碍是新生儿常见的先天性缺陷,听力障碍新生儿如得不到及时发现,可给患儿交流、教育、生活质量等方面造成严重影响,给患儿、家庭和社会带来沉重负担。但通过听力筛查,可对患儿做到及时发现、及早干预,从而使患儿社会适应能力得到正常发展。作者对新生儿的筛查模式、筛查方法及其随访与追踪、干预、以及遗传学病因方面的研究作以综述。
