外周血单个核细胞端粒酶活性及IL-2、IL-12水平与老年性肺炎关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)端粒酶活性及其分泌IL-2、IL-12水平与老年性肺炎的关系。方法:利用ELISA法和PCR-ELISA法,分别检测对照组与成年肺炎组、老年肺炎组治疗前与恢复期外周血单个核细胞端粒酶的活性及其培养液上清中IL-2和IL-12水平。结果:肺炎组治疗前、后IL-2与IL-12水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);肺炎组治疗后IL-2与IL-12水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05);恢复期IL-12水平老年肺炎组高于成年肺炎组(P<0.05);成年肺炎组治疗前端粒酶活性高于对照组(P<0.01),老年肺炎组端粒酶活性治疗前、后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外周血单个核细胞端粒酶活性及培养分泌的IL-2、IL-12参与老年性肺炎患者保护性免疫应答。 Objective:To investigate the effects of peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) telomerase activity, levels of IL-2 and IL-12 in supernatant cultural fluid on pneumonia in the elderly. Methods:The telomerase activity and levels of IL-2 and IL-12 of patients of normal control group, adult pneumonia group and eldly pneumonia group were detected by polymerase chain reaction-enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay (PCR-ELISA) and enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) respectively before and in convalescence. Results: Levels of IL-2 and IL-12 in pneumonia group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0. 05) ; but they were decreased than before treatment in pneumonia groups (P〈0. 05). Levels of IL-12 at convalescent stage were higher in the elderly patients with pneumonia than that in the adult patients with pneumonia (P〈0.05). Telomerase activity in adult patients with pneumonia was higher before treatment than that in the control group (P〈0. 01). Telomerase activity of the eldly patients with pneumonia were lower before and after treatment than those in control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusions:Activity of telomerase, IL-2 and IL-12 participate protective immune response in eldly patients with pneumonia.
