肿瘤医院四年间不动杆菌属的耐药变迁

摘要 目的通过对肿瘤医院4年间不动杆菌属的耐药监测,了解其对常用抗生素的耐药变迁,提示临床合理选择抗生素。方法对山西省肿瘤医院2000年1月至2003年12月,临床各类标本分离的不动杆菌的药敏结果进行分析。结果4年间所分离的186株不动杆菌,以痰液为主129株(69.4%)。对14种常用抗生素的耐药性,总体呈上升趋势,程度又有所差异。耐药率最低的是亚胺培南,4年间平均上升2.5%,上升不明显。头孢哌酮与头孢哌酮舒巴坦的耐药率4年间平均上升7.3%,呈上升趋势。头孢噻肟、头孢曲松4年耐药率为32.5%和30.4%,但中介率为50.2%和44.2%。结论不动杆菌对常用抗生素的耐药率呈上升趋势,提示临床必须根据病原学报告选择用药,防止耐药菌的产生,降低医院内感染。
