摘要
2005年中国期货市场在调整中蓄势,继续发挥功能作用,并在新品种培育、基础制度建设、国际化进程等方面做了大量的夯实铺垫。当前,期货市场即将迈入新的发展阶段,但仍然存在法律法规不健全、品种上市机制不顺、交易品种少、期货公司经营模式单一等问题,对此提出了一些政策建议。
In 2005, China futures market developed accumulatively with adjustment, played a functional role continuously, and paved a solid path for cultivating new species, formulating systems, and promoting internationalization. Currently, the futures market enter into a new developing stage with many problems of imperfect laws and regulations, imperfect new species listed mechanisms, few trading species, and singular operating patterns. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the futures market development.
